Mobile Data Tether (via PC)

1. Connect Android device to your PC via USB (Select File Transfer mode).
2. Initiate the SELECT FILE protocol.
3. Navigate to internal directory: \Internal storage\Android\data\com.nvsgames.snap\files\Standalone\States\nvprod
4. Locate and upload CollectionState.json.
